Bowman Field
Bowman Field is a public airport five miles southeast of downtown Louisville, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. The airport covers 426 acres and has two runways.
On the Ground
Planes of all sorts were parked at Bowman Field for visitors to view The largest plane was the military C130.
In the Air
Plane & helicopter rides were available for sale from many of the smaller planes.
The Jenny
One of the Featured Planes was "The Jenny" a bi-plane from 1915.
Along With
Along with the aircraft there were support vehicles for the planes. Military vehicles and other items rounded out the displays.
