Step back to a Christmas celebration in 1775. Re-Eenactors and visitors got to experience just that on Saturday November 20, 2021.
Re-Enactors gathered around the open fire and visitors could view the cabins in their holiday splendor. Although Santa would not have made an appearance in the early years of the fort, it gave visitors an extra holiday feel.
Christmas music added to the atmosphere in the blockhouse where visitors could sample tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Music was supplied by Donald and Esther Drewery on instruments that would have been available on the frontier.
