	The Contemporary Longrifle Show Lexington, KY August 20 & 21, 2010

The CLA show is a many faceted event. It spans not only several rooms at the Lexington Convention Center but many eras and many disciplines. It’s primary purpose is to showcase the works of contemporary artists working in the manner of early gun and knife makers along with all accoutrements and related objects. The annual show encompasses both collectors and artists. Visitors can see displays of antique pieces and shop for handmade contemporary muzzleloading firearms and related items that are truly works of art.

		Painters at the CLA Show 2010

	An ever expanding category at The CLA Show is the fine artist - those painters who subject matter deals with early America. To give an overview of these artists and their work we shot Virtual Vision Panoramas of several of their displays. These were by no means - all of the artists present but several of the best.

	If you have never been to Lexington, Kentucky for the Annual CLA Show you just might not realize just how large this show is and how it has grown over the years.

		In addition to those rooms - vendors also lined the walkway areas in the hallways around the escalators.
