School Day Friday May 15, 2009

Meeting Abraham Lincoln, watching an 18th century blacksmith, writing with a quill pen, visiting with native Americans and their weapons - school field trips sure have improved over the years. And the school children at the Farnsley Moremen Landing got to experience all that and more. They also got to learn about flax and weaving, meet with the archaeologists and various other historical figures.
