Author Randell Jones has done extensive work on the life of Daniel Boone. In addition to talking with visitors he gave a presentation in the blockhouse

	Archaeologist Nancy O’Malley spoke about her work at the original fort site which is now part of her new book - *Boonesborough Unearthed.*

A Special Presentation was made to (left) author George Chalfant, Author Nancy O’Malley, Publisher Kathy Cummings, Author Harry Enoch by Foundation Member and master carver Randy Whisman (at right).Whisman presented the group with pens made from the last of the wood from Boonesborough’s historic divine elm.
