The Cane Brake Log House in Old Washington, near Maysville, KY has a 1790s three-room log house that formerly served as a visitor's center. The house is now vacant, and we are looking for a tenant who can serve an "educational purpose" in the house, whether it be as a period craftsman setting up shop or a reenactor/ historic sites interpreter. We will not charge rent, but we need someone to pay utilities. Although the house has a small bathroom and kitchen, it is not really set up as a residence, but makes a dandy classroom/workshop/shop.
