The Perryville Historic Battlefield commemorates the Civil War Battle fought here in 1862. The June event - “On the Farm” recreates Perryville at times other than during the battle that made the town famous. This years event captures the town in 1869 during a “Kentucky Horse Sale”
Ladies and gentlemen are enjoying themselves at a Saturday afternoon picnic during the horse sale.
